What times are vacant apartment units cleaned ?
The Apartment Cleaners is able to be flexible to meet our customers' busy schedules. The most common regularly scheduled cleaning occurs between 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday – Friday. Additional times are available upon request.
What is done when getting an Estimate ?
Several factors go into determining the price of cleaning. Were their any pets living in the home? How many bathrooms? How many bedrooms?

We accept Check, Paypal, Google Wallet
What is your policy for cancellations ?
24 hour notice, if notice is not provided this may result in fees.
Are discounts available for referrals ? Yes
- We reward every customer for referrals.
- You get a $value credit for referring a new customer.
- If you are not a customer then we will send you $$ for your referral.
You don't have to be at the apartment unit.
The site manager will arrange entry into units.
What needs to be done before the cleaning ?
Unit should be debris and furniture free.
Unit should be treated for insects or pests.

What if I'm not satisfied with my service?
Notify our office within 24 hours, our house cleaning staff will correct their mistake at no additional charge. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your service. Contact us within 24 hours of your cleaning.
Unit should be treated for insects or pests.
